You’re reading this because it promises to reveal a secret, and it does. In just a few short sentences I am going to reveal THE NUMBER ONE place you should invest your time, energy, action, and money in 2015 to get PHENOMENAL RESULTS in every area of your life.
I know it’s a secret because when I look around, it is obvious that people completely overlook and neglect this investment opportunity. What’s amazing is that it is the ONLY investment opportunity that GUARANTEES a big payoff, every day, every month, every year. It pays off when the economy is booming AND when we slip into a recession.
It’s not an individual stock.
It’s not a mutual fund.
It’s not CDs (the bank kind, not the music kind)
It’s not real estate.
It’s not government bonds.
It’s not up-and-coming artists.
It’s not rare comic books or baseball cards.
It’s not Beanie Babies (remember when people “invested” in those? Hahahahahahaha! Fools.)
How much time, energy, action, and money did you invest in yourself in 2014? Did you read any books? Did you attend any conferences? Did you join a health club? Did you go??? Did you take regular time for rest & recharging? Did you discover any awesome podcasts? Did you fall in love with any blogs? Did you take any classes? Watch any webinars? Learn or improve any skills?
“I don’t have time.” — Baloney. You have exactly enough time for the important things in your life. And I would argue that YOU are the most important thing in your life…or should be.
“I don’t have the money.” — Double Baloney. The amount of free knowledge in this world is staggering. Oh, and the last time I checked situps and pushups and walking and running didn’t cost a dime.
So here’s my challenge to you: Invest in YOU more in 2015 than you did in 2014. Here’s what will happen:
If you’re not getting the results you want, you will. If you’re not achieving the success you want, you will. If you need to get unstuck, you will. If you want to make more money, you will. If you want to enjoy a happier family, you will. If you want to build a better marriage, you will.
The biggest mistake we make is investing all of our time, energy, action, and money in everything and everyone EXCEPT ourselves.
Investing in yourself is not selfish, it’s essential. And it will lead you to an amazing 2015 if you let it.
