Spud vs. Stud


Time Required: 2 hours

Min/Max Participants: 5-50

When it comes to customer service, it’s easy to separate the good from the bad. With the help of sparkspace’s unofficial mascot, Mr. Potato Head, your team will identify the differences between an average service spud, and an amazing service stud.

Using blank potato heads, each participant will create their version of stud or spud, giving meaning to each piece they add. But you won’t stop there. Your team will also get the chance to create both their ideal and not-so-ideal customer, shining light on how they really see their guests.

The end result is a fun-filled, yet deeply insightful “sparkler!” that helps your team improve service and build understanding.

Besides, if you’ve ever been to sparkpsace, you know we have more potato heads than we know what to do with.
