Solve problems, avoid blame, reduce interpersonal stress, improve life! All of these goals are direct results of increasing personal accountability at work and in life.

QBQ! is a practical method for putting personal accountability into daily action.

Through a dynamic combination of interaction with sparkspace facilitators and video-based material from QBQ! creator John Q. Miller, your team will be given solid and useful tools for accountability and progress.

QBQ! will also help cure the epidemic of blame, procrastination and complaining that drains morale and productivity. This program will help identify, discuss, and approach issues of accountability and personal commitment to the team.

QBQ! stands for the Question Behind The Question, which can be summarized by the question: “What can I do to affect and improve my situation?”
