our neighborhood – the arena district

Without question, the most vibrant, energetic, and creative area in Columbus is right outside our door. The Arena District, which centers around Nationwide Arena, home of the Columbus Blue Jackets NHL hockey franchise. The arena also hosts dozens of other large events throughout the year ranging from big name concerts to Presidential campaign rallies.

The area also boasts a beautiful minor league baseball stadium, a cutting edge movie theater, a concert amphitheater, the best hotels in the city, excellent restaurants, and intriguing bars, lounges, and nightclubs.

The Arena District is also directly adjacent to the Short North Arts District, the Columbus Convention Center, and the downtown Columbus Central Business District, all within walking distance.

our address – marconi square

Marconi Square (also known as The Design Center) has been our address for more than a decade. A converted paint factory, it is one of the few original buildings still standing in the Arena District, and one of the most unique buildings in Columbus.

Built in the late 1800’s, it stood as the Dean & Barry paint factory for more than 100 years. Converted to loft office space in the 1990’s, it currently houses a colorful mix of creative companies, including ad agencies, web design firms, architects, interior designers, engineers, a trade-show display company, and of, course, the most inspirational business retreat center on the planet.
