Multi-Meeting Discounts

If you're booking 4 meetings or more, we think you deserve a discount!

      4-9 meetings:   15% discount on room rentals

      10 + meetings: 20% discount on room rentals

Terms & Conditions:

• To receive the discount, all meetings must be paid for up front. sparkspace will issue an invoice for all meetings booked. Invoices may be paid by check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
  
• For all meetings, sparkspace will charge the room minimum up front, then invoice for the actual number of participants immediately following each meeting.
  
• All invoices are due upon receipt.

FAQ

What if I'm going to book multiple meetings throughout the year, but I don't know the dates yet?

You may "pre-purchase" meetings even if you don't have dates scheduled. We will simply charge the room minimum for the number of meetings you purchase. We then provide you with vouchers to use when you book a meeting. On the day of your meetings, we will take a head-count and bill you for the difference immediately after each meeting. Prices will be based on current sparkspace pricing at the time of your meeting.


What if I'm only booking 2 or 3 meetings?

If you're booking less than 4 meetings at once, our regular rates apply.

What if I've already booked 2 or 3 meetings this year and I want to book some more. Will I get the discount?

Sorry, you must pre-purchase meetings to receive the discount. Once you've pre-purchased, however, you can continue to receive the discount for additonal meetings (see next question).

What if I've already pre-purchased meetings this year and I want to book some more. Will I get continue to get the discount?

Yes! If you have pre-purchased meetings, then book additional meetings, we will continue to give you the discounted price during the same calendar year. For instance, if you pre-purchased 4 meetings, then booked additional meetings after that, you would receive 15% off the additional meetings as well. If you booked 10 meetings, then booked additional meetings, you'd receive 20% off the additional meetings.

How long do I have to use my pre-purchased meetings?

There is no expiration on your pre-paid meetings. You will receive the discount based on the current pricing at the time of your meeting. sparkspace typically issues a minor rate increase each year, usually in January.

The discount applied to any additional meetings (beyond the pre-paid meetings) is good for the calendar year of the original booking only.
