Guest Happiness Support - Part Time

We are looking for someone to take exceptional care of our extraordinary facilities and amazing guests. You'll be making sure our space guests are well taken care of. This is a great job for anyone who would like exprience in hospitality management!

Responsibilities & Duties

* Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms
* Working with guests to ensure they have what they need
* Setting up and maintaining catering
* Some computer & office work
* Various other duties as required

Requirements

* Reliable - must be able to be on time
* Friendly & professional appearance
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Like to organize
* Able to "rapidly refocus" on multiple activities throughout the day
* Able to work alone, with other staff, and with guests
* Positive attitude

* Love customer service
* Physically able to push furniture around
* Belief in the "Got time to lean? Got time to clean!" philosophy

Hours

* Flexible part-time shifts are available.

* Most shifts occur between 7am-6pm, Mon-Fri, with ocassional night & weekend shifts

Pay

$10.00 per hour, plus we pay for your parking
